Dear all members due to the 2nd National lockdown we will be closing the gym after the sessions on the 4th November, until we are instructed through government legislation it is safe to open again.
We encourage all members to keep safe; follow government guidelines, and keep active. To help you with this please see club sessions that are available through the facebook page, that Elliot kindly delivered in the summer they were all recorded and can be viewed at any time.
